Learn iPhone logic board repair training in Malaysia with real hands-on experience. This course focuses on diagnosis, micro soldering, and advanced troubleshooting used in real repair environments.
Why This iPhone Repair Training is Different
We focus on diagnosis first, not just soldering skills. Many technicians can replace parts, but still cannot solve uncommon board faults because they do not have a repeatable troubleshooting system.
In this training, you learn SOP based diagnosis, evidence based IC verification, and real repair workflow used in a working repair lab. The goal is simple, stop guessing and start solving.
What You Will Learn in iPhone Logic Board Repair and Micro Soldering Training
This training is built on three core systems. Diagnosis, theory, and skill training. All are designed based on real repair work, not textbook knowledge.
Diagnosis Training
You will learn how to troubleshoot iPhone logic board issues using a structured SOP system. Instead of guessing or replacing parts blindly, you will follow a step by step method to identify the root cause.
This includes:
How to verify faulty IC before removing
How to measure voltage, resistance, and signals correctly
How to read iTunes errors and panic logs
How to avoid common diagnosis mistakes
You will work on real repair cases to build experience.
Theory Training
This is not textbook theory. You will learn how circuits behave in real iPhone logic boards and how to apply that knowledge during repair.
You will learn:
How to read schematics and boardview
How to understand circuit behavior
How to create your own repair solution
We combine knowledge from different sources so you can solve problems that most technicians cannot.
Skill Training
You will perform actual micro soldering work used in real repair environments.
Training includes:
FPC connector repair
BGA IC work
CPU reball
NAND swap
Sandwich board separation
Focus is on heat control, precision, and avoiding board damage.
Real Hands-On Training System
Most training programs focus only on practice without proper guidance. Students are left alone to repeat the same mistakes without knowing what went wrong.
In our training, every student is closely monitored. We use microscope camera systems so the trainer can see your work clearly and correct mistakes immediately. This speeds up your learning and prevents bad habits.
You are not just practicing. You are being guided in real time to improve your technique and understanding.
1 on 1 monitoring system
Immediate correction during practice
Real working environment, not classroom simulation
Training based on real repair cases
Training Environment
Our training is conducted in a real repair lab environment with professional tools and setup. Students work on real boards and are guided throughout the process.
Training Schedule and Duration
Training is conducted in a real working repair environment. You will be exposed to actual repair workflow, not just theory.
