Send your device via any local courier or Pos Laju. Once received, we’ll notify you and begin diagnosis. Within 1–2 working days, you’ll receive a repair quotation and estimated turnaround time. No repair starts until you approve the quotation.

Pack your device following our customs-safe guide to avoid import tax. We accept PayPal and crypto, and you only pay once you approve the repair quote

- 2.Include a note with your name and phone number.
- 3. Ship via courier to our address
- 4. Send us the tracking number via WhatsApp so we can watch for it
