Frequently Asked Questions
[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_toggle title=”Are you authorized Apple Service Center? Or are you a certified Apple Technician?” style=”square” open=”true”]No, and yes. We are NOT authorized. Because if we are, then we won’t be able to fix the device by replacing a specific component of that is faulty. Their policy offers a flat rate repair cost which is NOT a true way of repairing. In the end, they’ll give you a replacement device that would cause all your memory data missing.
The price they offer is not worth to some old device, you can already buy a new one which is their main interest, profitable and time-saving.
I prefer to stay out. Be a true repairer.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”You guys are not Apple Store or Apple Service Center, why should I send to you?” style=”square”]First of all, There are NO authorized Apple repair centers. There are authorized Apple REPLACEMENT centers.
Apple doesn’t do the repair. They are trained to read the script and tell you motherboard problem which can only take replacement of the whole device. Won’t bother to help you repair one or two minor parts.
By replacing the whole device, so then they can earn more and are safely cover it 3 months warranty without worrying other issues appear or face some workmanship damaged in the progress of repairing.
So THEY DON’T CARE if it’s just small problem to fix.
They don’t accept to warranty or battery replacement if your device little has a dent or small cosmetic damaged.
What if your iPhone is damaged by water and unable to turn on to backup memory data?
If you send to them, I’m sure they can’t do back up or recovery. They will tell you it’s impossible.
By sending to us, we can either choose to fully repair it or just repair a few chipset ic that is enough to turn it on for DATA RECOVERY or BACKUP.
A lot of options we can provide for you because you are directly talking to a Real Technician instead of a “script reader” in their service center.
Our repair procedure is “transparent”. You can know what steps we going to do and tell you.
By sending into Apple Center. They will just wasting time forward it to few places until it reached final HQ. And then they try those “Plug and Play parts” such as LCD, battery. If it’s still can’t power on, then nothing they can do since they just know screwdrivers job. Repair logic board skill or change ic chipsets is impossible to them. Their final solution is to request a “new” same model to replace it. But all your Memory Data will be lost forever.
What worse is the device that replaces for you isn’t completely new actually.
It will be a refurbished unit. Those are the damaged iPhone that already been repaired by the center and changed a new housing to make it as new. As I said before, they only know replace “plug and play parts” to fix it. If those are suffered heavy damage before, the motherboard might not in good condition and later pop up some problem.
Apple uses water damaged boards in Apple Refurbished Device.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How do I know your parts are original? How you get it? I have been told Apple doesn’t outsource the parts.” style=”square”]Original can be detect in many ways.
Quality can tell it. Let say a battery we can use an app or specialist tool to read it’s condition and quality.
Apple is smart. Every part comes from different manufacture. In the end, it assembled in China. Most factories are also in China.
Chinese are not stupid, they do know how to smuggle out the part and leak into the market. One of the methods is factory QA worker rejecting those parts which are nothing wrong on it. Swap those out before sending into the disposing department.
