— DATA RECOVERY · IPHONE & IPAD
We recover data from iPhones and iPads that won’t even turn on.
Water damage, a dead logic board, a device that’s completely unresponsive — if the Apple Store or a normal shop says “unrecoverable,” there’s still a good chance we can get your photos, messages and files back. 98% success rate, done in our lab in Seri Kembangan.
— SET THE RIGHT EXPECTATION
We're honest about what data recovery can and can't do.
We can recover data when:
- The device won't power on at all (dead logic board)
- It suffered liquid/water damage
- It was working, then suddenly died with no visible damage
- Even if the device is bent or broken in half, data recovery may still be possible
This isn't what data recovery means:
- Recovering photos or messages you deleted yourself
- Bypassing an Activation Lock, Screen Time passcode, or iCloud lock
- Selectively pulling out only certain data — everything comes back together, not cherry-picked
“Your data is protected by hardware-level encryption tied to the device’s own chip — that’s exactly what makes recovery a specialist board-level job, not something generic ‘data recovery software’ can do once the device itself is dead.”
— THE PROCESS
From a dead phone to your data back in your hands.
Send us the situation
WhatsApp us what happened — dropped, wet, won't turn on, etc. A quick description or photo helps us prep before you arrive.
We inspect under the scope
We inspect the phone to find out exactly what's damaged — without touching or accessing your data. Once we know what's wrong, we'll explain your options and the cost before doing anything further.
Repair or bypass the fault
We repair the exact failed component so the board powers up and becomes readable again. If the screen itself is unrepairable, we clone your data onto another iPhone so you can access it.
Backup & handover
Once the device is readable, we help you back everything up (iCloud, computer, or the your new device) before final handover.
— PRICING
Starts at RM500 — the exact price depends on what's actually broken.
Data recovery pricing isn’t one-size-fits-all, because a dead power chip and a fully corroded board from water damage are very different jobs. What we can tell you upfront:
- Minimum charge: RM500 for straightforward logic-board data recovery cases
- More complex cases (heavy corrosion, multiple failed components, severe water damage) cost more — you'll always see the exact price before we start any work
- Quotes are itemised — no hidden charges added partway through
- Get an exact quote by sending us photos/description on WhatsApp, or bringing the device in for inspection
DATA RECOVERY
Starting from
RM 500
- Full diagnostic included
- Quote before any work
- No fix, no fee
Inspection itself isn’t free if you decide not to proceed after we quote you: RM30 for iPhone, RM50 for iPad. This covers diagnostic time only — it’s waived completely if you go ahead with the repair.
— WHY TRUST US WITH YOUR DATA
We get paid to recover it — not to try and fail.
01 — GUARANTEE
No Fix, No Fee
If we can’t recover your data, you don’t pay for the attempt — only the inspection fee applies if you decline afterward.
02 — EQUIPMENT
Lab-grade tools, not recovery software
Microscope, oscilloscope, and NAND programmers — the same class of tools used for board-level chip work, not off-the-shelf recovery apps that only work on a functioning drive.
03 — DATA FIRST
We repair the original board where possible
Unlike a straight board swap, we fix the original component so your data isn’t wiped in the process of getting the phone working again.
“A professional data recovery job happens in the lab, under a microscope — not guessed at with software that was built for a working hard drive, not a dead phone.”
— Lim, Founder, iPhone Service Malaysia
— FREQUENTLY ASKED
Questions people ask before sending their phone in.
What's your success rate?
About 98%. It drops if the device has been previously opened or “fixed” by someone else without the right tools — extra tampering makes the board harder to diagnose.
Will my iPhone fully work again after data recovery, or just the data?
Depends on the case. If we repaired the actual fault, the phone usually works normally again. If we recovered data via cloning (e.g. screen totally destroyed), your data is safe but the original device itself may still need separate repair.
Is the inspection free?
It’s free if you proceed with the recommended repair. If you decide not to continue after we’ve quoted you, there’s a RM30 (iPhone) / RM50 (iPad) diagnostic fee.
How long does it take?
1–2 days to diagnose and give you a quote, then 3–7 days total once you approve.
Can you recover just my photos, not everything else?
No — once the board is readable, all data comes back together. We can’t selectively extract only certain apps or files.
Can you unlock or bypass a locked/Activation Locked iPhone to get data?
No. We don’t bypass Activation Lock, Screen Time, or iCloud locks under any circumstance, even if you’re the owner.
How do you actually back up my data once it's recovered?
Once we’ve assessed the damage, we’ll let you know your options. In many cases, we can get the phone into a state where you can access it and back up yourself — though we can’t guarantee it’ll be 100% back to normal, fully working condition.
If that’s not possible, we back up the data onto our own computer, then clone it onto another iPhone that you bring in. We can’t put your data onto a hard drive, USB drive, or Android phone — iPhone backups are encrypted in a way that only another iPhone can read, so a full, complete transfer only works iPhone-to-iPhone. The replacement iPhone also needs to be the same model or newer, with at least the same storage capacity as your original.

Real boards, real damage, documented start to finish.
Not just words — full step-by-step documentation with microscope and thermal camera images from our actual repair bench.
SEVERE WATER DAMAGE
Can Data Be Recovered from a Water-Damaged iPhone?
“A real repair case showing how careful diagnosis — not immediate CPU replacement — recovered a customer’s data from a severely corroded motherboard.”
NO POWER ON
iPhone Motherboard: Diagnosing a No Power Issue
“An iPhone 13 that wouldn’t turn on — traced through systematic testing to a solder fault between the board’s two layers, avoiding an unnecessary full motherboard replacement.”
Don't let "data's gone" be the last word.
Send us a photo or description — we’ll assess it and get back to you.
